Be sure to include the completed Submission Fee Sheet! Regardless of method submitted, we ask that you please e-mail at a minimum the original-generation PDF appraisal to the respective registration e-mail box.

Lock Procedures:
To lock, please submit your request via e-mail to locks@fnb-palm.com or via fax to 866-228-5079 using the FNB Lock Request Form. Please note: doing so does not constitute a loan registration. Click HERE to view our Lock Policy.
Mortgagee Clause:
For loans closing on our after 8/11/08, our mortgagee clause for title, ICPL, and hazard should read exactly as follows:
